If you prefer training in a group I can deliver great group training sessions for you and a group of your mates designed to meet your collective needs and training goals. These are great fun and enjoyable, whilst working out with your friends.

My philosophy on training is that all sessions should be fun and enjoyable whilst maximising the effectiveness of the exercise to best suit your desired outcomes and goals. I take a scientific approach to my training programs, drawing from my National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training qualification and BSc Hons degree in Sport and Exercise Science, as this provides a clear rationale from research as to how and why certain exercises and types of training should be utilised and when. This ensures the best possible conditioning of my clients and greatly decreases the likelihood of injury caused by exercise. This is because all exercises and types of training used are set for your own personal level of fitness and will not over stretch your ability or training status.

 

Your Level of fitness and general health is assessed through a consultation. From this consultation I am able to view all the relevant information and write a personalised program tailored to you and your needs. This training program is periodised through a 90 day plan to maximise its effectiveness and sooner meet your desired outcomes and goals.

​Having the right nutrition is of great importance, especially when training. Nutrition comes hand in hand with training when trying to get to your desired training out comes and goals. I can supply you with a nutritional plan that will support your training program and get you to your goals even quicker.

My weight loss healthy eating diet plans even come with great tasting recipes, written by a leading dietician, so you can still enjoy amazing meals and watch those pounds fall off!
